Dearly Beloved;
We can say with the Apostle Paul, 'Let us
not be weary in well doing; for in due season we shall reap,
if we faint not (Gal. 6:9).'
I was on the road for the whole of August
and most of September visiting churches in Pennsylvania, New
York, Ohio, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Indiana, Virginia and
Maryland. The Lord has been my protector and he provided for
my needs through the brethren that I visited. To God be the
Glory.
The Bible Conferences were a special blessing
- as well as the fellowship at the Churches.
My family and I say a BIG THANK YOU to all
the brethren who hosted me.
Grace Baptist Mission - Ghana Board Meeting
The Mission Board met on the 7th of September
at the Elk-dale Baptist Church in Pennsylvania.
I presented the Field Report, and the new
Treasurer Bro. Joey, presented the Financial Report.
Dr. Joines and pastor Reisinger could not
attend the meeting this year because of their health - pray
for them.
Pastor Bantle chaired the meeting this year.
It was a blessed time.
If your church needs a copy of the reports
you can contact the Treasurer, by mail or by phone on 570-222-9758.
Shipping of Supplies at Roadway
All the materials donated were sent to the
Roadway Terminal in Pennsylvania on the 13th of September and
loaded on the 14th. Missionary Expediters help with the documentation
this year.
Again we say thank you to all who donated
materials and funds for the shipment. Thanks also to Roadways
and Missionary Expediters - God bless you all.

The Quarshie Family
I returned to Ghana on the 26th of September.
Adelaide and Enoch kept the work going.
Enoch is now attending an Information Technology
school here in Accra. Be in prayer for him.
Deborah is back at PCC but she is planning
on transferring to Moody Bible. Pray for her.
The Bible School and the High School
The Lord is opening a new chapter for the
Bible School. Crossroad Bible College in Indiana is planning
to team up with us to train our people from January next year.
Be in prayer for this new development to train leaders and preachers.
We also had a visit from one of the ABWE
Missionaries to find out about the possibility of partnership
for the training of pastors.
The High School
Admission is in progress for the high school.
We will know how many new students the Lord will bring to us
at the end of October.
The building is taking a very beautiful
shape. We are yet to put in the toilets and do the back
plaster work. If the Lord is burdening you to help please
let us know. The cost of materials has gone up since July. Our
gasoline price is now down to $4. A gallon from $4.50, but
other prices have not come down.
One complete toilet is between $200 and $250.
We need nine (9). The septic Tank and Cement for the plaster
work is to cost us $5200.

Clothing for the Needy
On Sunday October 8th we plan as a local
church to give out the used clothing that our brethren in the
States gave us. Members went out to the Madina township to inform
the people about the co things give away on October 15th from
9:00am to 2:00pm.
By 8:00am people from the township started
coming to the church ground.
We started by giving out gospel tracts followed
by the clothing. By 12:00 noon we had served more than
500 people. Children numbered over 300. The need in this area
is very great.
Did this giving of clothing have an impact
on our Sunday service? The answer is a BIG YES.
We saw at least 50 of the beneficiaries in
Church. The King of Kings Children’s Club saw over 40 new children.
A blind man who came with his daughter said he had
wanted to visit but had nothing to wear to Church. He came with
a suit that he got during the distribution.
Thanks to all the brethren who have been
donating the used clothing. Jesus will repay.

Local Pastors and Northern Ghana ministry
Continue to Pray with us. We have changed
the engine in our Dodge Van - a new carburetor is also in. The
van is now in a good working condition. We only need to work
on the front suspension. Eventually we have to get a New
Bus for the Northern outreach ministry.
We are planning to travel up North in early
January 2007.
We still need $1500 to re-roof the Namu church
- pray for the Lord to provide this need. Our Goal this year
is to pray for the Lord to provide $5000 to build each church
in the North.
We want to help our brethren in Northern
Ghana to develop the Shea Butter project to help put food on
their table. We want to meet both the spiritual and physical
needs of the brethren. We need some funding to help develop
the Shea Butter project. We call it TENT MAKING.
Be in prayer with us.
The House of Hope Orphanage
The House of Hope Orphanage now has 21 children
and two house mothers are with the children. Be in prayer for
Sister Elizabeth, a member of Bible Baptist church, who is one
of the mothers.
Pray for Bro. Slavko and Sister Beth from
Ohio, they are the brains behind the orphanage.
