Health Matters and Ministry
Malnutrition in its various forms is a major factor in the high rate of infant mortality in West Africa.
According to Health Workers, “many previous approaches that have attempted to address the problem of malnutrition have had a common major drawback: the solution was dependent on imported goods and outside personnel, neither of which are sustainable over the long–term. Poor nutrition is a very important factor in children’s vulnerability to diseases.”
Moringa Tree has many uses. The leaves and the young, green pods can be eaten like other vegetables. The leaves can be prepared similarly to spinach and are very low in fat and carbohydrates, but contain a VERY HIGH content of PROTEIN, CALCIUM, MINERALS, IRON, VITAMINS A, B, and C. Moringa leaves therefore, are of a virtually the best ideal nutritional value as a food as well as a nutritional supplement.
A whole Village in Northern Ghana where we have our outreach ministry are all BLIND. The reason is a lack of VITAMIN A. But Moringa is loaded with Vitamin A. We can minister better to these people if we can help them with a food supplement from Moringa leaves. Will you help us to help people with physical problems? ABWE goes to countries with a Medical Ministry to reach many for the Lord, and will you help us to help many for the Lord through this MIRACLE
TREE? We need funds to cultivate more trees. Below are more pictures.

Prayer Requests
1. Continued health and strength for Noah and Adelaide. Wisdom and financial support for the work. God’s continued grace and blessing in their lives.
2. School plans include two more floors to be built on top of the one that is almost finished. $5000 is needed to finish the first floor. A school complex from preschool through high school and a seminary is our goal for this ministry.
3. The safe arrival of our Shipment in November.
4. Funds for the Bible Baptist Church in Accra to re-roof the church.
5. Plans for North Ghana - for the one square mile given to the mission for the development of a church, infirmary and library (this land is great for the Moringa and Shea project). The local believers will construct the buildings and the Mission will be responsible to roof them. Pray for a Nurse or a Physician’s Assistant type person for the Clinic. Pray for the Chief and his elders.
6. Pray for the Bible School Students and plans to link up with Crossroad Bible College of Indiana.
7. Pray for a good vehicle for the outreach ministry.
8. Pray for funds for the weekly radio ministry.
May the Lord continue to bless you as you partner with us in the Ministry.
In His Grace for his Glory,
Noah Quarshie Family.
